It took a while to diagnose the problem, to decide exactly how to get into the system, and to remove an old toilet. The first rooter machine did not have a long enough cable, and we had to escalate to a larger rooter, with a second crew. Eventually, we succeeded. Start to finish: about 6 hours. The crew was very hardworking and friendly. The only complaint is that it took a lot longer than it needed to if they had only brought the bigger equipment the first time.

When I called Jake the Snake the women told me that he was out on a service call but would have him get back to me asap.  He called within 20 mins. and said he could come out right away.  When he arrived he went right to work and he had to snake through several times to unclog the drain.  He was very professional and I would call him again if needed.  I would also recommend him to my friends.

He was great. His price was fair and good although we don't remember the exact price. We recommended him to all of our friends. We hope that we don't have to use him again in the future but if required, we would certainly use him again.

Jake the Snake Pipe and Drain are amazing. We had them come out on a Sunday night because this was an emergency. They were very professional and friendly even though this was after their regular hours. We will always use this company for our plumbing needs. Everyone should. Their prices are also the best around.
