I dealt with Derek Tacon at Wiser and he was great. I didn't get the hard sell from him that you get from some (Renewal by Anderson, for example) and I appreciated that. Wiser was on time, did impeccable work, cleaned up after themselves and were very nice, too. The price was a little high but it was exactly between two other quotes I received and it was a higher quality, "name" product so I paid a bit more for the Anderson name. Also, I wanted wood, not vinyl, for the look of it inside the house and raised the price.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT AND I DON'T THINK THEY OVERCHARGED US. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM. WE'VE USED THEM IN THE PAST, AND I THINK THAT'S A GOOD INDICATION OF HOW GOOD THE COMPANY IS IF YOU GO BACK.

IT IS A GOOD COMPANY. THEY ARE JUST NOT TERRIBLY RESPONSIVE. IN TERMS OF TRYING TO SET APPOINTMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL WORK, IT JUST DOESN'T HAPPEN. THEY DID FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT IT TOOK TWO TIMES TO GET IT RIGHT. IF THEY HAD FIXED IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME THEY WOULD HAVE EARNED A PERFECT SCORE.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK AND THEIR PROFESSIONALISM I THOUGHT WAS SATISFACTORY. THEY WERE FAIRLY PUNCTUAL MOST OF THE TIME, BUT THEY DID SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

I HIRED THEM. THEY CAME AND THEY PUT NEW WINDOWS IN. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY WORKED HARD. THE WINDOWS HAVEN'T FALLEN OUT. IT'S BEEN A MONTH, AND THEY ARE STILL UP, SO IT'S GOOD SO FAR.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THEIR WORK WAS GOOD. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY INSTALLED EVERYTHING. THEY WOULD ASK US WHETHER WE WANTED CERTAIN OPTIONS AS TO HOW TO CUSTOMIZE THE INSTALLATION. THE WINDOWS WERE VERY NICE AND WELL INSULATED. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THEM. THEY ALSO DID A VERY NICE JOB WITH THE TRIM AND WOODWORKING.
