A&J Appliance Service

My washing machine began to leake gallons of water from the tub. It was Saturday, and within 2 hours, A&J Appliance sent a technician who repaired the problem for a very reasonable price...and no weekend charge. I will always use Home Advisor, and for appliance service, it will always be A&J Appliance . Thank you!

Called at 7:45 AM; Anthony was there by 9:15; my 8 year old Thermador oven was fixed by 10. Anthony was friendly and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for! I should mention that the oven has been broken for close to a year, so I am thrilled to have it back. Also haven't actually used it yet so I still have to see if it stands the test of time, but my initial feedback is off the charts positive.

Anthony came to my home after my husband called A&J Appliance for service on our unrepairable appliance , so said two others service company's in the area. Both had charged us a service call and one was $159.00 just to come out and tell me that it (refrigerator ) was unable to be repaired!!!!! Anthony within minutes of being in my home figured out the problem and fixed it on the spot. I would hire this company again if anything breaks in my house. Very professional and fast at fixing the problem.

It's hard to get work done in this area without feeling like you're overpaying; these guys, as other reviews mention, get your parts wholesale (with you involved in the process) so you can feel like you're getting the lowest cost on parts. Our dishwasher was waking the dead; now we can barely hear it.

A&J is very responsive right after I made the service request online. Anthony and John who came within couple of hours, are very professional, courteous and customer-focused. They also saved us money by repairing the electronic board in our refrigerator than replacing it with a new one. Plus they use wireless, iPad to get me part quotes and receipts right on the spot. Very efficient and excellent service.

When the parts arrived, they were too busy to install them for a week because they were in training. Left bottom oven latch broken. Carelessly discarded oven probe that I left on the counter, and left trash behind.

Service was fast, responding within two hours of call. Quality was good considering old machine was repaired with currently available parts. Worker was knowledgeable and friendly. Cost seemed a bit high, but the problem was fixed and I can move on to the next challenge.

A&J were available quickly, diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair quickly and efficiently. They were very nice to deal with. I will use them again.
