They were able to diagnose the noise coming from the dryer over the phone and ordered the parts. They came a few days later with the parts and fixed the dryer.

i had a comfortable feeling right from the start. He arrived prompt, he DID the job, didnâ t leave a mess, and the dryer was up and running within the hour. Also, he took precautions for the Covid virus, leaving me and my family at ease. Will definitely use again!

John came out for a leaky washer repair in a timetable fashion and on time! He was polite and professional, fixed a gasket and saved me hundreds of dollars. Would highly recommend and hire them again anytime!

Fantastic customer service, I submitted my request, and within one day, I got a callback and scheduled my appointment, A&J was out to the house very promptly. When arriving at my home, they were very presentable and polite. Once on-site, we immediately reviewed the situation with my dryer and got a very competitive quote. A&J appliance took the time to explain what exactly was broken and repaired the unit and did a full service while repairing the dryer. Everything is working correctly, and I look forward to using A&J on future requests.

Over the phone they gave me a window time. I explained I did not get home till 3:30. Without hesitation John said no problem window time 3:30-4:30. AWESOME!! Bill repaired my dryer in 1 hour and cleaned up too. Really happy.

John (the "J" from A&J) is awesome. i cannot express how wonderful a serviceman he is. Prior to John, I had another repair man come out and he found and fixed a symptom of the problem. Ultimately after hiring the first guy, I had the same problem. Then John from A&J came out. He immediately understood the underlying problem and fixed that - problem solved. He is knowledgeable, experienced, professional and competent and personable - he is everything you want in a repair man. I will certainly keep John in my list of favorite servicemen.

This is the best appliance service company in the area. They were punctual, fixed the problem quickly, explained how to prevent it in the future and then even had time to answer some other questions I had relating to some other appliances. I have hired them before and will always hire them again!

Came within a few hours of my call even though it was not an emergency. Was even early to arrive. Made repairs efficiently and quickly. Dryer is now working perfectly fine. Rates were very fair and reasonable. In fact John charged me less for the parts than what the manufacturer had estimated the retail cost of the parts to be. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again myself.
