It was a refreshing treat to be contacted almost immediately and to have a repair service actually show up within a few hours of our conversation. I didn't need to go one day without my washing machine. The owner came himself and was a was courteous, honest professional who shared all information pertaining to my service. It was a pleasure doing business with these professionals. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly to others.

I left a voice mail on their business phone at 7:30 am. They called back within a few minutes and came out for repair before noon. I have never had such fast service. Very nice and polite on the phone, actually told me how much it was going to cost before the came to do the repair. They showed up a couple of hours later and they explained what they were doing. They took it upon themselves to give us the phone number for a place to get a handle for the gas stove, which was awesome! Overall we had EXCELLENT service and EXCELLENT experience!
