Quick response time. We had to purchase our own parts, which was great because I was able to find a lower price than a service company would normally charge.

John arrived 5 minutes early to fix a refrigerator problem. He got right to work, assessed and fixed the problem, and was on his way in no time. Would definitely call A and J again.

Courteous, professional, and considerate. Came to fix a refrigerator, needed to order a part, and returned to fix the problem. Was going to be a bit late, and called to let us know. He was just about on time anyway. A & J Appliance Service is an excellent company to deal with. We will use them again and often!

Excellent! I’ve hired them twice already and was well pleased both times.

I called this morning and spoke to John. He told me he could come to the house at 3. I called back and told them I was home at around 2. He showed up promptly at 2:15; diagnoses the problem on my LG dryer, gave me a more than reasonable quote and by 3:15 he had cleaned up and before he left I asked a question about our Fisher/Paykel dishwasher. He looked at it, told me the problem and how to fix it. He was polite, knowledgeable and knew his job. I would definitely hire them when the need arises. The best.

We spoke promptly and he was able to come to my house to fix the problem very quickly. The issue was diagnosed and fixed for a reasonable price. The gentleman who came to my home was polite, friendly and not at all unkempt. I plan on using them again in the future to service all my appliances.

John called back quickly and came out on the same day and was able to fix my problem quickly. His pricing is fair and he was a great guy to talk to. I would have him come back anytime.

Hired A&J to fix element on ceramic cook top older stove in November 2014. Very rude. No customer sreviews skills. Came fairly quickly. Had to come a second time to replace same part. Would not use again.
