Very pleasant experience. John arrived on time after phoning to tell us he was on the way. He solved the problem quickly. As a bonus, he charges his price for all parts.

After 3 visits to fix refrigerator, I called the serviceman who told me I must be keeping the fridge door open too long. So that's why the freezer went down to -20 within an hour of defrosting? I kind of doubt it.
