Rob's Renovations

Rob is very professional and meticulous. His work is beautiful. We did a complete gut and remodel of our bathroom. He had great recommendations and his contractors were very pleasant, professional and meticulous. We plan to have Rob do some more work for us.

Rob is the best contractor Iâ ve ever hired, although Iâ m hesitant to say that because I donâ t want to share him! His prices are reasonable, his work ethic and work quality are excellent, and heâ s patient and kind. Rob shows up consistently and is down to earth and easy to work with. He renovated my bathroom, and Iâ m looking forward to having him complete several other projects in my home in the near future.

Rob helped us to remove a load bearing wall (between kitchen and dining room) and leave the ceiling flush from one room to another - making it look very natural. This modernized our home in a HUGE way. Rob was not only technically strong - he is a great person. He came in and did his work with really the most minimal disruption to our family life - this was not easy considering I am working from home! He was a pleasure to work with and even took the time to be KIND to our 2 toddler boys. They were very filled with excitement at his work and he took the time to answer their questions about building. Thank you ROB - It looks great!

I had to trim down my budget due to some unforeseen circumstances and Rob made some good suggestions to help trim it down but not lose the look I wanted.

Rob did a total kitchen remodel in our 103 year old home. He was always pleasant & addressed any concerns that came up. The job went over the agreed finish date but that’s to be expected. Great value for the cost!

He only showed up for a few hours a day some days not at all. Sub contracted most of the bathroom remodeling out to other contractors. Wouldn’t listen to what we wanted and did what he wanted, was over the ending date of the contract. Have to hire another contractor to get the bathroom we thought we were gonna get with this contractor.

Rob came in at a good price and did the work we wanted. But, it took longer than expected and we needed to finish up some of the work after he left.

Rob did an excellent job with our bathroom update. He suggested products that fit our budget and look great. We appreciated how easy he was to work with and that he always responded quickly to our texts.

Need the contract explanation clearly communicated and explained. If another contractor is used by him be aware of "contact fee" he may charge you.

Shows up on time, good communication and quality work

Rob does a superb job, demonstrates top notch craftsmanship, and his price was very competitive. I have a picture and hope to add it here if possible. We are EXTREMELY pleased with the project and would recommend Rob to anyone looking to get work done that they will be proud to showcase to their friends and family! Rob is dedicated to doing a great job and we always felt confident that we could count on Rob to assure our home was safe and secure when we were not able to be home while work was being done. The project took a little longer than we expected but we could not be more pleased with how well our new kitchen came out and we would hire Rob again in a heartbeat! In fact we have asked him to give us a quote a and recommendations of a new bathroom off our master bedroom.

We hired Rob to redo our 1/2 bathroom downstairs. He took our vision and ran with it. We are very happy with the end result and have already gotten so many compliments on it. He was easy to talk to, flexible, and easy to get a hold on. We plan to use Rob again for future projects! Kim & Matt G.

Rob took on a very challenging kitchen remodel involving expanding a doorway, and moving some walls...all while we were living in our house. He finished in the timeframe he projected, and I was quite happy with the end product. He's very personable, and just a really good guy who isn't going to lead you down the wrong path. I'm super picky, and he was always patient and friendly. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a home contractor.
