Fusaro Chimney & Masonry

Larry and his crew showed up at the time they said they would. They were VERY courteous and respectful. Josh and Dennis where very neat and clean did not get one drop of soot on my white rug. They seem to do a great job, as soon as they left I lit a fire and it was drafting again like it first did! I will call them back year after year to have my chimney service.

I found Larry's approach to our chimney issues to be much more reasonable and affordable than the chimney company that did our initial estimate. When I called to schedule an estimate with Fusaro, they were prompt and responsive, we played phone tag somewhat, and Larry was totally cooperative with our whacky schedules. During our first meeting, I got a good feeling that he was not trying to rip us off at all. He was friendly and professional. Larry wasn't there the whole time on the work-day, but we were very happy with Josh who was there performing the work. He took care to make sure my husband was happy with the details and the end result is beautiful! We are still awaiting one part that came in the wrong size so we will see them again on Monday to complete the work and give them our final payment. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend! We will stay with Fusaro for all our future chimney needs.

The price wasn't excellent. However, they were excellent with everything else. They did a good job. I thought they did a good job. I was satisfied. I didn't have any problems with them. I would probably use them again if needed.
