Reliant Builders,LLC
About us
Reliant Builders was founded in 1978 by Louis A. Rondinello, starting out as a company strictly doing all types of renovations, residential and commercial. When times were good in the mid 80's the company started doing spec building and selling of modular homes. When the 90's came, spec building had diminished and it was back to renovations and building houses for customers. Sales and building of modular homes has continued to be our main business up to today. We still do all types of renovation work listed and no job is too small. Our work is professional and guaranteed to make you happy and satisfied. All work is realisticly estimated and fairly priced. Each job is different so payment schedules will be different. Usually a percentage is required as a deposit along with a signed contract and the balance is spread out over the scope of the project. Contracts are simple to understand and every detail is explained. We are licenced with the State of CT Department of Consumer Protection , License # HIC0632416 as a Home Improvement Contractor.
