Couldn't be happier with the experience. Kevin was easy to schedule with, arrived on time, and was very thorough. He laid down a carpet so as not to track dirt/soot through my house. He was polite to me, my toddler, and even my dog (and left a coloring book for the toddler and a treat for the dog). I didn't know much about wood-burning fireplaces so he taught me a lot about it and showed me some tips. Very helpful and professional. I'll definitely be calling him for any future chimney needs.

THEY WERE IN AND OUT FAST, AND WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE THERE, THEY WERE. THE PEOPLE WERE PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY SWEPT THE CHIMNEY FOR FREE AFTER FIXING THE CAP.

IN THE END NO WORK WAS DONE ON THE CHIMNEY. WHEN WE MOVED IN WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CHIMNEY WAS SAFE TO USE. HE CAME OUT EXPECTING TO CLEAN IT, BUT THEY TOLD US THAT IT WAS FINE. WE DID HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE VISIT, BUT WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING ELSE. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THEM.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE ONLY THING IS WHEN WE OPENED UP OUR FLUE, GRAVEL AND STUFF CAME DOWN. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CLEAN IT AFTER THEY DID THE WORK OF FIXING IT. WE CALLED THEM BACK, AND THEY DID IT.

IT WAS OKAY. WE HAVE AN OLD HOUSE, AND HE WASN'T FAMILIAR WITH THE WAYS THE FLUES IN OUR HOUSE WORKED SO HE REFERRED US TO ANOTHER. HE JUST DID THE INSPECTION, AND HE COULD NOT COMMENT ON THE SAFETY OF OUR CHIMNEY.
