"Customers ceiling was already damaged from earlier water damage from a water problem before.The ceiling was a death trap waiting to happen.THe customer also didn't have a clue about construction. He hired a so-called pro thru home depot and that fell thru.So he had to hire a company to do all the work in the bathroom.if there was a problem customer should have addressed this while i was there."
