Showed up on time, excellent work done by Rose's crew. Had to review tasks with Rose when they arrived and Rose kept her promise by cleaning items discussed on the phone and honored our agreed to price for the work. Will definitely have Rose come back.

The workers and Rose came exactly on time. The quality of the cleaning was very, very good. There were a few things overlooked, and I believe that was partly my fault for not stressing them (primarily vacuuming where the dog hairs gather). I will use them again, and I think that the value is comparable to employing an independent worker, but certainly less costly than a service. I admire the hard work these young woman put in. It has really become too much for me!

Rose was very accommodating and her staff did an descent job for the first few times. But now Rose isn't at the job and the quality of the work has gone down. I find items dirty and recently found something broken.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Rose Baccash was on the ball setting up the cleaning. However, she and her crew was late in arriving for the job, and when they did arrive, Rose increased the price by nearly 30% (said she didn't understand the scope of the job, despite a lengthy discussion on what we wanted done). She told us that she had to reprice a number of jobs recently, which leads me to believe that she low-balls to get the work. Overall, cost per person per hour was very high ($37.50) and the job did not repressent good value for money.

My mother was really happy with the quality of the cleaning and they were on time and did everything I asked. However, the cleaners didn't speak English which isn't ideal when my mom wanted to ask a question or request something. And the owner, Rose, called way too frequently to set up the cleaning once I had first posted my bid. That was a bit off-putting and I wasn't going to give her my business at first, but her rate was the best so I decided to go with it.

"My lead girl speaks English and I was on the job to make sure that everything was done properly. The mother and the daughter were very very elated with the job and stated that they would have us back. Why the daughter gave us such a low rating I cannot understand."

We were very pleased with our experience with Affordable Cleaning. The owner was at our house before and after the cleaning and made sure we were "satisfied." We were way more than "satisfied"! We owned a commercial cleaning company (ServiceMaster) in the past, and had certain standards we expected. The cleaning team, Theresa and her sister, were thorough and did everything we asked for and more. The owner of the company was very flexible and worked with us to clean what WE wanted done. We definitely recommend Affordable Cleaning (have already done so) and will not hesitate to call upon them again when we have future cleaning projects!

Rose is very responsive to calls. The cleaning was not done well. The cleaners took three sets of our window coverings and it was quite stressful during the closing of our house. We did get them back and understood there was a language misunderstanding (the cleaning folks do not speak English).

"The house was being cleaned out because it was sold. We were told to remove everything. When the client called to say that she wanted the valences on the windows we returned within one hour and reinstalled them and the husband was very satisfied with the job."

The workers were great but I did not appreciate not being told in advance what the outrageous hourly rate was. Not to mention that I was quoted one price and ended up paying about $100 more. Supervisor came and saw what needed to be done and sent in a worker who according to her was slow than other ones she has. But I still ended up paying more because the job was not done in the time she estimated it would. When I called to question the price, I was told by the supervisor that for the first cleaning they charge $35 per worker per hour. Whether it's 1st cleaning or 10th cleaning, work is work. It might take longer to clean because it's the first time but cleaning is cleaning. Very disappointed.

It took 2 hrs for the 2 cleaners just to clean my bathroom and my kitchen. I had to speak to their supervisor about spots missed on the floors. The quality of the work wasn't worth what I paid for it. I will not hire them again.

We take pride in our work and if someone is dissatisfied we would be happy to come out and redo the work to their satisfaction. Please Note: that the kitchen and bathroom had not been cleaned for many, many years ! The client thanked us profusely and gave us a tip for our extra effort."
