It’s a tedious process (at least it was for me) but after learning what I could about roofing (think about it how often do you replace a roof) and 5 roofing contractor estimates later Monarch left the impression I was looking for to move forward. Very happy I did, from start to finish the job was nothing less than outstanding. Prompt ongoing communication, their website and office personnel assisted in shingle color selection. Owner and project manager were fully engaged from start to finish. They use Certainteed landmark pro shingles which are one the industry’s best shingles to date. All activities moved right on schedule and roof was completed in one day. Roofing crew were prompt and worked pretty much nonstop to completion and cleaned up like they were never there. Pricing was very fair and included a stellar warranty. I highly recommend Monarch Roofing.

When Lawrence came to our house he did a thorough inspection of our attics and actually went up on the roof as well! Then he sat down with us and explained what he had found in detail. He answered all our questions and concerns without hesitation so we could understand what was needed to be done. Mike, Bryce and their working crew did a fantastic job! In fact, my son hired them for his new roof and gutter replacements. They were all a pleasure to do business with and I would recommend them highly!

They are great , I had a problem with my chimney and siding and tried to get someone to fix it and because I had monarch do the roof they wouldnâ t come fix it. One company actual came out said. 2800 to fix never even got on the roof to see what was wrong was mad that I didnâ t have his company do roof. I called Michael from Monarch he came saw what was wrong and he took action he called someone to come fix the problem for me. Even though it wasnâ t a roof problem who does that. I would use these guys again and again. I recommend them 100%
