The repair to the engine seems good, I still have some concerns over the amount of smoke that sometimes expels from the muffler. Max, the person who works at the front counter, let me know that their was a hairline crack in the carburetor, but that the expense of repairing this wasn't worth the benefits, and that the engine would work fine as long as I took care of it. I have also noted a very loud Metal on Metal slapping sound whenever I place the tiller into the forward gear. When I called and asked Max about this he stated that the mechanic had also observed this and that it would not be a problem or concern. I am concerned, however, and my concern is if this new development in my tiller transmission somehow escalates into a real problem, I will have no recourse and have to, once again, pay another immoderate amount to get this repaired next year.

The service is excellent. They are very reasonably priced and the workers are very efficient. My son has always been happy with their service also. The good thing is that if it is just something minor, they will explain exactly how to fix it before doing something major. They have been very reliable and I would not hesitate to use them again.
