After leaving a message, we very promptly received a return call.  After discussing the situation on the phone (we wanted to replace the three 20 year old malfunctioning openers) and discussing options we settled on the desired unit, scope of work, and price point.  Work was scheduled for the following week. The installer arrived at the scheduled time, completed the installation in several hours. The installer was professional and explained features and functions.  All billing was handled seamlessly through the central office.  We were very pleased with the service and price (as compared to a recent replacement at another family members house.)  No hesitation in recommending this company.

2 day response from phone inqurycomplete description of work to be done by salesmandoor was special size so had to be ordered-took about 3-4 weeksinstallation was thoroughand complete in less than half dayThis was a replacement door for a building that collapsed in the snow and it was heavier duty and cheaper than the original and a quoted price by the original contractor

new house purchase with openers that were going out and without safety eyes. Prompt call rtn and service, upgraded to battery back-up units, tuned up the doors/bearings/etc. Nice units for a great price - battery back up was great when we lost power in the Oct snowstorm - at least we could get back into the garage!
