Our entire experience with Jack Morton was absolutely perfect. Jack came within two days of my initial phone call to him to provide a quote. He came equipped with gorgeous photos of his previous work. He began the project just a week after his initial visit. Each day, he was on time, worked consistently all day, and took less than a half hour for lunch. Throughout the process, he listened to our suggestions and worked with us to accomplish exactly what we wanted. He sifted through boxes of tile to "fish out" the specific color tiles we wanted, and he got it 100% right! I was especially impressed with Jack's attention to detail. He was meticulous with every aspect of the work he performed. If there were areas of drywall that he wasn't sure of, he'd mark them and return to them the next day to ensure they were perfect. We had a need for custom thresholds between our hardwood and tile. Without us asking, Jack created these custom thresholds for us on his own time, matched our hardwood stain perfectly, and installed these beautiful pieces for us. He considered it part of the job. Jack also did not rush to get the job done. Despite a few normal tools here and there, you'd never know there was a contractor working on our home. Jack kept everything immaculately clean. After each day, even after the extremely messy drywall sanding, Jack would clean up every corner of the room he was working in. No messes, no trash, no dust. Perfectly clean! There are also absolutely no subcontractors with Jack - he does it all himself, and he does it all perfectly. Every aspect of our experience with Jack was perfect. He was timely, professional, hard-working, experienced, and trustworthy. He takes pride in his work, and knows exactly what he's doing. I was so impressed with his work and expertise that I felt compelled to write this review to let others know. I'd hire Jack again without any hesitation.
