"Our products are not overpriced. We are very competitive, so much so that the customer ordered windows from us after ordering insulation. She called to add additional windows to her window order, a date was set for us to come out and size and price the additional windows. Prior to that date the customer contacted us to cancel her original window order. Subsequent attemps to make an appointment or speak with the customer were fruitless. An agreement was reached to return half of her deposit and we sent a letter confirming that agreement in September 2012. To date we have not heard from the customer. We are more than willing to stand behind that agreement and pledge. We have not gone anywhere, our address is the same as is our phone number 203-463-9764. We are a business of hard working honest people that pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. We welcome the customer's contact and look forward finalzing what we both agreed was an amicable resolution."
