Horrific experience! The work and service were awful. The floors have rough patches, hair, bubbles and scratches and need to be redone. There are new chips in our moldings and a dent/hole in our new wood front door. He clearly did not tape so there are drips and splashes on our spindles, moldings and walls which will be expensive to fix. He also used gloss on the counters when we asked for satin. After he saw the damage he said himself that it was a nightmare and promised to give us our money back which he did NOT. He wanted to come back and fix the floors. We thought about it but due to the damage, we did not want him back in our house! I asked as a compromise for half of our money back that I could use to pay the painter and new floor profession to fix the damage. No response! Do not hire! Worst experience EVER with Arbor Craft Harwood.
