He was prompt and very friendly and was certainly a master of his craft. An older man he reminded me of my grandfather while he was working. Also a few days after he completed the job I had an emergency in one of my rental units and I called and we set up a time to show him the issues and was able to not only find where the proble was but also was able to fix it in less than 2 hours and was pleasantly surprised with the fair and resonable price.
