Routine services are adequate, complex care is not.

I am new to them. I had been with two other veterinarians who I would rather not recommend. In desperation, I went to Animal Medical Clinic. It is even closer to where I live. Hopefully, this time it's going to be good and it has been. There's more than one veterinarian there. Since, I don't know any of them; they found me one because I needed a vet. I was very happy with her.

I am happy with them. They are very professional and know what they are doing. I will go back in the future.

In general, the care is very good. I do believe that they prescribe unnecessary tests and too frequent rechecks. I believe profit is a strong motivator. Office staff is mostly friendly though not overly accommodating.

I have obtained veterinary services for my pets at this clinic since it opened in the late 1970's in a prior space. (This is a full service veterinary clinic. They do not have emergency/after hours care on-site, however, their answering machine (or service) gives good instructions as to where emergency treatment after hours may be obtained. This is also printed on every receipt they have ever given me). The vets there are professional yet warm and caring at all times. Appointment times are generally kept promptly, the facility is clean, and the office staff is helpful and friendly. Prices for services sometimes seem a bit high, but since I don't have anything with which to compare, they may well be comparable to others in the area.
