Experior Roofing & Restoration LLC

We needed to replace the roof on our house and asked for a recommendation for a contractor from our realtor. Her husband is a builder in the area and he frequently works with Mike and Experior Roofing. We did our due diligence and collected three different quotes before deciding. All were around the same price, but Mike came in lowest with the best product and warranty. Mike provided a copy of his insurance and certification as an authorized installer from the shingle manufacturer along with his price quote. The quotes we received from other contractors did not provide that information. That went a long way in our decision to work with Experior. Mike's crew was quick and efficient and were able to do the full installation in one day. Our house is a 2100 sqft colonial with a simple roof--no extra corners or angles. The crew did a great job with clean up and the finished product looks great. We could not be happier with the experience, start to finish.

Mike was on time, worked steadily, as did Chris, his helper.  Excellent job, very reasonably priced.

Mike was extremely punctual, very conscientious, friendly and easy to work with. He took great care in installing our roof and we are pleased with the end result. Our new roof has a lifetime warranty and we know that if for some reason we encounter any issues, Mike will take care of the ASAP.
