+ 0 moreIt went great, Matt was very punctual and professional. In the end, the problem wasn't on the roof so I didn't need his services, but I'll seriously consider his company for any future repairs.
Description of Work: I needed a roof inspection for a potential leak, it turns out the roof is fine, what apperas to be a leak was actually a condensation problem.

+ 3 moreEverything went very well. As with any project thing sometimes things come up from time to time. with mine a few did and we addressed right away and he took care of them. There isn't a project I wouldn't ask him to do and If something comes up that I want to do around my house he's the first and 9 times out out 10 the only call I make.
Description of Work: 1500 sq' addition, house siding, redo a bathroom, total remodel of the kitchen and built in's around our fireplace.

+ -1 moreI have a complicated Victorian house multiple levels of roofing and valleys. Nunzianto Construction did an excellent job removing the old roof. Installing the new roof and cleaning up the area. You would have never guessed they were even there. The roof was done quicker than I expected. The men helping him worked very hard all day in the hot sun. Matt's price was fair and the work performed was exceptional. If you need your roof repaired I would highly recommend Nunzianto Construction.

+ -1 moreonce the structural beams were exposed, Matt determined that most of those beams needed to be replaced because of sagging, which made senses. He wanted to do it right since I was spending what I was on the actual decking. Even with this unexpected extra work, he and his crew hustled and got the whole job done within the same timeline.
Description of Work: Needed new Azek decking put down after I took up the older pressure treated boards.

I thought a renovation would be stressful because I don't know much about construction. Matt helped me understand by taking the time to explain options to me.
