It was great. Only took one day excluding the time it took for the cement to set. Crew was very nice, careful, clean.

We are please with the results. We haven't had any water in the basement since installation and the sump pump is constantly working. The price was the best of all competitors. After initially telling us that we'd have to wait until November for the installation, I said that I would only sign up if we could get it done in the next few weeks. Our sales rep got back to us immediately and made the deal happen.

Workers arrived on time, and finished on time, did a good job cleaning up both inside the house and outside, where they installed
a drainage pipe. The only complaint I might have, if I could even call it that, is that no one from the company called after the job
was completed to ask if everything was OK- I was just a little surprised at that.
Hurricane Irene hit about 11 days after the system was installed, and everything worked fine- the pump ran occasionally
as long as five days after the storm.
I would recommend Budget Dry without hesitation.

Mike also checked the crawlspace to ascertain the leak was not more intrusive. It wasn't. He then recommended the solution. A mason would be required and the exterior of the cubicle would have to be re-cemented. I asked when the work could begin but Mike told me that exterior masonry work is not done by Budget, It turns out I have found a good mason and he will repair the area next week.
I thanked Mike for the information and asked for the bill. He told me there was no charge for his trip to us or his evaluation.
Next day I called Jason to thank him personally for his help and refreshing honesty.
We will of course recommend Budget dry waterproofing highly.

They reviewed our situation and gave us an estimate. They arrived within a reasonable time, performed their duties and cleaned the are completely. Since then we had a power failure and were getting an error message on our system. They promptly returned our phone call and were able to resolve the problem on the phone. I would recommend them and have.

Excellent - they had to do a lot more work than they expected and still honored their original quote. Also, they left the basement CLEANER than it was when they arrived. No dust from the jack hammering, perfect job.

Mark came and inspected our basement and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It turned out the initial concern was not a problem, but that there was another cause. He did a tremendous job explaining how sump pumps worked and how they should be properly installed. He also explained the difference between a "home" dehumidifier and a commercial one. We ended up just ordering the dehumidifier for now.
The dehumidifier was installed by Luther who was very prompt and professional. He explained the ins and outs plus necessary maintenance. He made sure we received the thermometer/hydrometer that was offered with the dehumidifier. We have received that already in the mail. He also pointed out the required registration forms to fill out for the warranty.
Extremely happy with the performance of everyone at Budget Dry and the unit they recommended. Would recommend them without reservation.

I can't say enough about how well the job went. This was a good sized job so it took two days. They showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. The foreman paid great attention to detail. After getting three inches of rain my basement is bone dry. The piece of mind is priceless to me and my family. If you want a dry basement give Budget Dry a call.

Everything went as planned. The crew showed up on time, did the work very efficiently and finished in the time promised. So far I haven't seen a drop of water in the basement since.

My overall experience was top notch. I would highly recommend Budget Dry to anyone with a water issue in thier basement. In fact I have already recommended them to two of my neighbors and I know one of them is having them fix thier basement as well.

Budget Dry was extremely responive and professional. I didn't feel they tried to over sell me. They explained all my options and allowed me to choose what I felt most comfortable with. Their price was competitive but they definately did the best job in explaining how their solution would solve my problem. Their crew arrived on time and finished the job in one day. They left my basement cleaner than when they arrived. They never left to grab lunch, they just worked. They installed their system, updated my sump pump and repaired a crack in the wall. 2 years later the other side of my basement began leaking and I had Budget Dry back. Initally the explained their system was modular so they were able to connect it to the original portion. I also had them replace my basement windows. I couldn't be happier with the service they have provided and my basement is completely dry. I hghly recommend them

The warranty states including the pump. I attempted to have him out to diagnose an issue. He told me it would cost $265 for a representative and $595 for a pump. I was under the impression the warranty would cover it. After bringing up the problem, everything has been fixed and now I am happy.

"Unfortunately, the member's problem stems from a pump that predated the Budget Dry system. This pump could not handle the volume of water that was experienced in the spring's rains. The pump needs to be discharged onto the lawn as opposed to into the waste line. Budget Dry even offered to make this repair to a pump and basin we did not install free of charge. I'm sorry the member is upset. The work done on the rest of the system works perfectly. Budget Dry tries not to use existing pumps and basins because we cannot warranty them. Sometimes, however, for financial reasons customers choose to keep the existing pump and basin and incorporate them into the system. You cannot go to a Mercedes dealer and buy a car and put a ford engine in it. In essence, that is what we allowed the member to do. The system worked as intended. The leak occurred do to water not leaving the existing sump basin at a fast enough rate."
