This time, the car had developed a rattling sound coming from the right front-end. I called the garage and described what happened. They said is was probably the water pump and asked me to bring the car in. Mark called ablut 2 hours after I dropped off the car and told me that it was indeed the water pump and that there were a couple of cracked hoses that should be replaced. He gave me an estimate and said the car would be ready by the end of the day. Another call about 4:30 told me the car was ready. The total was exactly what he had told me. We've been using Roggi's for 12 years and have always been pleased with their service.
