+ -1 moreI have used Citizens Bank for 4 1/2 years for both personal checking and my home mortgage. They have not made a single mistake with my account. Having a mortgage counts toward the balance needed to get free interest bearing checking. For my mortgage, they called me offering a no cost refinance. Application was taken over the phone, and two weeks later went to closing. It was truely no cost. Did not even need to set up an escrow account.
Description of Work: Checking account and mortgage.
