The AAA employee was courteous while changing my address information and she informed me that AAA could also notify the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles of my address change, which saved me a trip to DMV. That was nice. I had to wait a few minutes in line as there were two people ahead of me, but it was not an unreasonable amount of time. I was not 100% sure if I was in the correct line because the signs were not really clear for my reason being there. I told the AAA employee about it and she said they have several signs but the signs don't cover every activity AAA handles. The times I've been to the AAA office they've generally handled transactions well.

When I call AAA for auto assistance, the customer service response is unfailingly rapid, efficient and courteous. Following that initial call, virtually no time elapses until I get a follow-up call in which I'm told from whom, where and when I might expect local assistance; invariably, the response meets or beats that estimate. Finally, every service person that has ever been sent by AAA has been equally prompt, professional and thorough. Even without taking into consideration the other services that AAA provides of which we take advantage - the discounts, the branch services (free annual passport photos, the convenience of CT driver's license renewal, the travel booking and road trip assistance - our membership has paid for itself many, many times over.
