Everything went great. Compared to some of the major bedding chains I've shopped at, they were the best yet. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and said he had been in the business for over 20 years (I actually dealt with the owner which is uncommon for almost all businesses out there). He told me that their employees don't work on commission so it doesn't matter to their paychecks how expensive the purchase is. The salesperson pretty much gave me the information I needed to make my own decision without any high pressure sales tactics. My purchase was going to be in stock later in the week so I scheduled the delivery for next week and put down a deposit that was half the total. I was given a delivery window of 2 hours (10am-12 noon). When the delivery people showed up at 10:30am they were clean cut, local, and got right to work. I've never seen delivery people make their job look so easy considering how heavy everything looked. Their number one concern truly seemed to be my happiness with the service and the well being of my home. They removed and disposed my old mattress set. They let me know I needed a new frame for the proper support of my new mattress, brought in the new set, connected my headboard I already owned to the new frame, and removed ALL the garbage. I paid them the balance and was given a receipt. This delivery team (2 people) even wiped their feet on the way in to my house every time! Everything went so good I even felt compelled to give a tip.
