Description of Work: They did a project involving masonry, carpentry and waterproofing work. They also hired a subcontractor to install iron railing. All of this was done to solve a leak on our side porch where water was leaking down into another room. They were fantastic and their work was perfection. The work has held up over the years.

Description of Work: They ripped our a shower and put in a more accessible one. It matches the bath beautifully! They advised on the tile and marble that had to replace what had been in the original (c.1996) shower. They use excellent subcontractors too, not simply the cheapest, as some contractors do.

Description of Work: I contacted OWC for a kitchen renovation. Scott came to my home and charged me $55.00 for the visit. I was very clear that I had a strict budget and had to stick to it. |I did not use OWC. The estimate he emailed me was higher than the estimate he discussed with me at my home. They also gave me a list of vendors they used to get the materials I needed for my kitchen renovation. So I had to do all the leg work which I did not have time for. | I hired another "A" listed Angie's contractor, who was fantastic. He charged significantly less money and took care of ordering everything I needed. OWC charged for every little thing and there was no negotiating. The contractor I went with did a lot of extra things without charging me. I love my new kitchen and it did not break the bank.

Description of Work: Old World Craftsmen was a pleasure to work with. They kept to the timeline, were meticulous in their work and clean up, very professional. They upgraded and remodeedl our sun room which included: coffered ceilings, removal of sliding doors; fluted moldings; crown moldings;new lighting; painted the room. We highly recommend them. Will definitely have them back for additional home improvements.
