To start, it's always nice to call a company and have another human being answer the phone! We had to wait until they finished with the days work they already had scheduled, but came right after work.

I called after the Nor'easter that hit our area in Spring 2007. I reached someone in the office who said I'd get a call back to schedule an appointment. Less than 30 minutes later one of the company co-owners called. We set up a time, he arrived on schedule in the morning to assess the situation, and returned that afternoon to install the pump. Considering the disastrous conditions in our area, I expected a bill reflecting demand in the area. I was amazed that the cost was so reasonable - this company performed perfectly.
