They have worked with four different technicians and have been 100% satisfied with the work performed. The staff and service are exceptional: they are very reasonably priced, come when they say they will (today he was 5 minutes early!), work with existing sprinkler systems, pleasant, and listen.
Today Chris (technician) came to fix an error message problem and to replace silinoid for a zone. He also surveyed the yard for three additional zones to improve coverage. He estimates that (service, parts etc) will come in roughly at $1,000.Grass Helper is a great service company.
My parents are looking forward to the new installation and we'll be looking to work with Grass Helper as well when we get into our new house.
