Millstream Construction was great to work with from start to finish-prompt, professional and thorough. Millstream called promptly after I signed up on Angie's List for their services. The appointment was made within the week. The roof was inspected and the materials determined for the repair of the leaky vent pipe. Before the repair, the flashing was minimal and not watertight. The repair included adding a waterproof barrier, new boot and seals along with shingles provided by Millstream. The shingles were an exact match and the roof looks great. I waited to write this review until we had more rain. I'm happy to say that the attic / ceilings are completely dry. Photos before and after the repairs were provided, which I appreciated as I was not planning to climb up to the roof! I highly recommend Millstream Construction for any roofing repairs.

he job was done thoroughly & very professionally! We contacted 5 roofing companies & Millstream was far superior in presentation! They were very easy to contact; any question that came to mind Chris would get back to us asap. We're having solar panels installed & Millstream contacted RevoluSun so we didn't have to play middleman on all the technicalities. The crew arrived at 8:00AM & had completed everything along with clean up by 5:00PM. Our roof is 30' X 70'. They worked like a well oiled machine, everyone knew what to do, when & how. It was amazing to watch them work! They were all personable, professional and Craig made sure we were happy before he left. I would never have anyone else perform this job again. Would HIGHLY recommend them to ALL!!

Great!  Operations Manager Damien and Project Manager Craig were very polite and helpful. They explained everything to me in detail and Craig kept me informed of all the work taking place throughout the day.  The crew did a great job of protecting the plants around my house and they cleaned up everything afterwards. They put my plants back when they were finished, which I really appreciated since I had back surgery recently.  They even took down an old satellite dish off of the room and sealed some areas on the other side of the house to prevent leaking.  I will definitely be contacting Damien at the end of the summer to schedule having the other side of the roof done!

The work crew did an excellent job on both roofs in a timely fashion.  Did a temporary flashing on the chimney to keep it dry due to an on coming rainstorm.   Did the final flashing and corrected a couple of minor issues two days later.  We are very satisfied with the value we received for the money.

They did a superb job.  Were there when they said they would be and were done in the time frame they stated.  Very professional.  They cleaned up after themselves - no extra work on our part.  They also checked the attic for us - I thought birds were getting in.  All was good.

nd all concwerns addressedChris Goncalves, his Manager Damien, and all workers were very professional and aimed to see that customer was completely satisfied.  My roof had defective shingles and is a complicated roof: dormers, multiple valleys and par walls meeting the roof.  Millstream did a thorough job installing new Owens Corning roofing system.  Every project has some glitches and problems.  Chris Goncalves addressed these promptly and saw that my roofing job was done with all concerns answered.  I highly recommend Millstream.

Perfectly. The work crew, materials and dumpster all arrived when I was told they would. The crew was pleasant and efficient, removing the old roof, installing the new roof and removing all debris within five hours. An amazing coordinated effort starting with the project manager, Damien, to the crew. There was no damage to anything around the house and there was no debris on the ground when they finished.

Excellent but fair price.  Compared to suburban NYC and quotes from other roofers were overpriced.  Lower price on skylights also.   No leaks.  Had some difficult areas to address. Without knowing, they had incorporated the best ways of doing the job we knew from several other roofers.  They did all they said they would.  Looks good.  Came back to address a small cosmetic issue I had with no problem.  Everyone was professional and respectful.

Excellent company. One of the best contractors I have worked with personally and professionally. Excellent workers, supervision, and followup.

I called about a dozen roofing contractors to fix a shingle that had come loose on my roof.  The vast majority didn't call me back (most of them are on Angies List, btw).  Another one said they'd come out and charge me for a service call to see the shingle and match it, and then another one to come back and install it.
Chris called me right back, came out the next day, fixed it in about 5 minutes, and that was that. He'll be my first call in the future when I need any roofing work done.

All work went according to plan and the work was completed in two consecutive days. The entire roof was water tight after the first day. The installers used safety gear when necessary and were very skilled. Damien, the on site manager ensured that the installers had plenty of water during the installation as it was warm on both days of the install. We felt very comfortable with the completed work.

It was obvious that Chris understood the work needed to be done and was able to answer all of our questions prior to deciding to use Millstream for this project. You could tell Chris has hands on experience and was an expert in construction. We highly recommend Millstream Construction. Thanks

.The contractor was very professional, responded right away when I called for information.  He made an appointment to come to my home and meet with me, look at the work I needed.  He called first to remind me of the appointment and then showed up on time.  When he arrived, he climbed up on the roof and thoroughly checked it's condition,  described all that he saw, including showing me photos of things I could not see from the ground.  He also inspected the chimney from the ground, the roof and inside my home.  The contractor explained everything to me and answered my questions thoroughly.  He left me with samples, prices and allowed me adequate time to decide which roof shingle I wanted to use, which hearth pad, whether I wanted a liner for my chimney or not.  The contractor followed up with me,  came back to my home when I was ready and we reviewed the contract details, I signed and paid him a down payment for the work.  The price was very reasonable.   (I had received four other roofing quotes which were much higher) He scheduled the work for the following week, started the job when he said he would and everything ran on schedule.  I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get the job done and how well they worked as a team!  The contractor used a magnet at the end of the day to be sure to clean up all the nails, which I appreciated as I have two small dogs who love to romp around the lawn!  He also returned the next morning to double check with the magnet that they had not missed anything.  The contractor started the first fire in the wood stove, showed us how to use it and checked that all was working correctly.  He was very pleasant when I contacted him with follow up questions about the wood stove.  Overall, the experience of working with this contractor was wonderful, I have recommended him to my neighbor, who hired him and I would definitely use him again!

He cleaned up all the messes every single time. I chose him because of his approach when we met with them. He seems very professional. He did an excellent work.
