They were good...gave me a time to come back and had it done when that time came!

Their service is really good for the price and they did a thorough job on my car. In previous experiences, they did not align the tires properly but this time, it was fine.

Our car was vibrating at higher speeds, and after living with it for a bit, we brought it in to Firestone. They diagnosed it as a bad tie rod, which needed replacement. It had also done some damage to our front tires, so we decided to replace all four. We had dropped off the car the evening before, and Firestone called by 10:00 the next morning to give us the diagnosis and suggested new tires. After checking the tires ourselves, we agreed and they had them on by noon.
Overall our Firestone experience was smooth and professional.

This was not good. Needless to say I would not use this establishment. I gave them a "D" because possibly this was isolated to one person there

The staff is nice. They asked me how long I was going to keep the car. They quoted $375 for the tires. I asked if they provide free alignment, and was told, yes, but they would check if I needed it. After 30 minutes or so, I was told I also needed a new battery (they showed me a slip of paper that looked like a printout from a diagnostic machine); my front brakes were 80% gone; I needed to flush my transmission fluid, to change my air filter, and flush the brake system. All of this was quite possible, but I decided just to go with the battery for now, given the falling temperatures and the likelihood of snow. My rear brakes were done six months before. The quote for the battery was $65. However, when the job was complete, I was charged $99 for the battery ($79 plus $20 for labor) and $54 for the alignment, as well as $375.48 for the tires ($83 each plus misc). Going out the door, I was also told a brake light was out. They didn't fix it. Everything took a little less than 2 hours.
