Bob came to remodel a downstairs bathroom and convert an upstairs closet into a shower. We chose him because he gave a firm price up front so we knew what we were getting into. He worked hard to squeeze us into his schedule since we wanted to complete the project before our baby was due. We were extremely pleased with the results. Honest, experienced, pleasant to work with.

Bob was very thorough, responsive and a pleasure to work with. I had him re-do two builders grade showers with brand new ones. He took the time to work with us on exactly what we were looking for before we started the job. Bob and his team did an excellent job and we love our new showers. Even when a few details were left after the installs he made sure he came back and left nothing unfinished. With any home renovation project, you can hit a few bumps, even with the best there is out there! Overall I would describe the experience as positive. Bob was very responsive to my first call (on a Sunday), came out to talk about my project over the weekend, and quoted the project I wanted done within budget. He responded to each phone call/text message within 24 hours, so I was never left wondering. Communication and service was good, and the quality of the work was good value for what he charged. I now have a walk in shower I really enjoy.

Bob was responsive on time and easy to work with. My job involved removing a defective tub and replacing it with a new one. Bob coordinated the delivery of the new tub with the bath supply house and removal and pickup of the damaged tub. Overall I was pleased with his work and would work with him again.

Despite several complicated obstacles they did an excellent job and rapidly dealt with a minor deficiency. Would definitely use them again

Employees were very detailed on the work and kept me updated of every step as I was home during the work. They were safe kept my home safe too. I had a shower added to a small bathroom and I m very happy with the work done.

bob said what he could do and he did what he said he would do. the quality of his work is excellent. he took the assignment in our 1863 home and made adjustments that come with an older home. we have 2 new bathrooms and would hire again. he takes pride in his work.

They did a very good job. While I know it has a lifetime Warrantee, one concern I had was that I was surprised that the two corners were merely silicone. I would have thought there would have been a much stronger, durable, hard material as in plastic or heavy duty rubber applied in the corners because having trade experience myself, silicone can wear out and need to be re-silicone whereby a hard plastic or hard rubber would not wear out. Time will tell.

Installers were on time, experienced, professional and cleaned up at the end of the day. They returned to make small adjustments and made sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend Admiral Bath for installing a Boca Walk-in Tub. I am enjoying my deep soak bath with its many features. Besides, it is so much safer than my old tub.

This was not an easy job. Bob had to take out a walk-in tub and then install a new shower. There were many problems and Bob handled each one with professionalism. We would recommend this Company highly.

Awesome job. They replaced tub/shower and painted the room. Great team. Painted one day and the rest took a day and 1/2. Great service and I love the way it came out. There were a couple things I didn't have them do, but as afterthought I am arranging for them to come back for.

I needed a new shower installed and was lucky enough to find Admiral Bath. Before I decided on them I called others that either never called me back or said they would do the shower install only and that Iâ d have to get people to do the other associated work. Tom Wyncoop, the owner, was very responsive and took care of everything. In addition to his usual work he sent over a great painter and electrician. Every time I need some home project done I dread trying to find good vendors. Iâ ve had several experiences where vendors with good reviews on both Angieâ s List and Home Advisor have either not followed through or had questionable work ethicsâ working with Bob I didnâ t have to worry about stressing out over those kinds of problems. There were a lot of decisions to make on color and materials, and Bob gave a great presentation showing me examples to help me choose. Mostly I followed his lead on what would be best and I was never disappointed. Where once was a small power room is a full bath. The shower has a large completely transparent glass door that makes the room look twice as big. Whenever I use that bathroom it gives me a great feeling to with the enlarged space and a view of the new beautiful shower. I love using the pull down teak seat and the removable shower head. Taking a shower feels luxurious. Other parts of the bathroom look better than it did before after the improvements: newly painted trim and replacement door instead of looking at badly chipped old paint, fresh paint on walls and ceiling, a nice fan/light installed, and a much better looking bathroom entrance door threshold piece (tricky to install because of the badly installed old floor tiles it needed to abut but Bob took the time to research until he found just the right materials).

Bob and his crew of installers are helpful, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Even on the hottest of the "dog days of Summer", these guys do not stop until the job is done to their high standards. Not once did I hear, "that's okay, just leave it" or "it'll do for now". They treated my job as if it were their own home, holding themselves to the highest standards possible. I highly recommend Bob and the crew of professionals at Admiral Bath if you want a stunning bath with quality workmanship at an affordable price.
