The job itself was very professional. Techs were extremely nice and did a good job. The problem I had was some miscommunication re pricing. I contacted them because I knew the work was not too extensive, and if less than an hour I'd rather pay for the job vs the minimum I'd be charged by my other electrician. The owner explained they could come out and give me the price before they start the work. I was delayed by an accident on 95 at our start time. So, I called and said they could go inside and look at the room so I didn't hold them up. They began the work before I arrived. The hour ended up being $233. Jobs are priced by a schedule of what is done - like a menu. Which is fine, I can appreciate this. There is an additional $49 travel fee. I am located in the same town and felt that overall the charges were high. Regardless, I would have had an opportunity to assess the cost had I received the estimate first. It was higher than an hour labor and materials going the other route. The techs didn't realize Chris hadn't explained the pricing to me, and they reviewed it after the job. I sent an email to Chris after they left, as it was not their fault, and praised their work but said I was disappointed in the way this ended up. After a couple conversations he offered to refund the $49 travel charge. It took 4 months of following up to receive the refund. Work is good, but it was just too frustrating with the poor communication and follow- through, that I have a hard time recommending this company.

I had a problem. They solved it. What more is there to say. Based on my experience, I would recommend them without reservation.
