The workman came promptly and punctually. He was clean, neat, and courteous. He was very responsive to all of my questions. He cleaned up all the mess and was very professional. I would highly recommend this plumber.

I was very satisfied with the plumbing service. He was extremely professional. He was reasonably priced in comparison to others in my area. He was very neat and cleaned up at the completion of the job. I asked if he needed to be paid immediately and his response was that he would send me a bill. This is a great customer service perk considering I live in the city. Another positive attribute was he showed up on time and as scheduled.

Calls were taken and returned promptly. Arrived late on the first scheduled appointment and tenant had to leave. Came back later that day and completed the job. Job was professionally done. I thought it was a little bit expensive considering the whole job took about 30 minutes but on the other hand, they have got to get there and back to the next job. I contacted them again to get an estimate on a larger project (bathroom remodel) and they came right on time to look at the job.

Flanagan plumber immediately called the drain company we were using (Kaiser-Battistone) and instructed them to redo their work, which was done successfully. Also, identified parts required for shower and faucet work. A couple of weeks later, a different Flanagan professional showed up to install parts, decided parts were not correct, left to find different parts, returned with original parts, and installed everything. We spoke to Flanagan billing agent who reduced labor from $385 to $225 due to confusion. All of our interactions were high quality with good people.

Prompt response to initial phone call with service man arriving on time and doing all repairs quickly and efficiently.

I WAS MOSTLY HAPPY. I WAS OVERALL SATISFIED. I WAS A LITTLE UNHAPPY ABOUT THE SCHEDULING PROBLEMS WE HAD, BUT WE WORKED THEM OUT. HE GOT HERE AND DID GREAT.

WE USUALLY HAVE THEM COME OUT EVERY COUPLE OF YEARS. THEY ARE RELIABLE. THEY ARE A LOCAL COMPANY SO WE LIKE USING THEM. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR THE LAST FIVE YEARS.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. LAST YEAR THEY PUT A NEW SUMP PUMP IN AND EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE. WHEN THEY PUT THE NEW PARTS IN WHEN YOU FLUSH IT, IT MAKES A NOISE FOR THIRTY SECONDS WHICH IT DIDN'T BEFORE BUT IT DOESN'T BOTHER THE WORKING OF THE PARTS.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. I THOUGHT THEY WERE ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE, BUT THEY WERE IN LINE WITH OTHER PRICES IN FAIRFIELD. THEY HAD TO COME BACK and FIX IT AGAIN, BUT THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE ABOUT IT.

SO FAR IT'S BEEN EXCELLENT. I HAVEN'T NEEDED THEM FOR QUITE A WHILE. THIS LAST TIME HE PUT A CLOTH DOWN AND WAS RESPECTFUL OF HIS TOOLS. I THINK IT'S A SIGN. I FELT HE LIKED HIS JOB BECAUSE HE RESPECTED HIS TOOLS. HE WAS RESPECTFUL OF MY HOUSE.
