Bruces Flower Shop

My wife was looking for a local florist in Connecticut to order 2 arrangements. She found Bruce's Flower Shop on the Internet and called them. The lady she talked too seemed to not have any idea how to take the order. My wife was put on hold for more than two minutes on three occasions. Each time she came back on the phone it was like starting over. We were promised an e-mail confirmation of the order. It was not until my wife called back the next day that we got the confirmation. The initial order was made on a Friday. She said since it was a weekend they could wait until Monday to deliver them if they wanted too. When she called back on Saturday to get the confirmation, she found out the order was already put together so she told them to go ahead and deliver them so they wouldn't sit and get old. They didn't get delivered until Monday. Also she spelled the recipients name for them twice, and they still misspelled the name. This whole process was way too difficult. The initial phone call took over 20 minutes, of which at least 6 minutes was on hold.
