We had no heat-they got the contract signed and the furnace was in the next day! Their professionalism was of the highest quality. I felt like they actually cared about us older folks not having heat. The furnace is doing a terrific job keeping us comfortable. I would recommend these folks in a minute! Wonderful people to work with!

Steve was incredibly helpful over the phone after listening to the existing issues I had with my 30 year old heat pump system. He offered suggestions that no other vendor offered. Because of that, I wanted to give his company and opportunity to quote a new system. After meeting Steve in person and listening to his assessment of my current system along with possible solutions, I was convinced of his integrity after only a 5 minute conversation. His company quoted a new energy efficient electric heat pump system with very reasonable installation rates, when compared to other vendors in the Middlesex area. During the installation process, the team was professional and polite, and their work was very neat and clean. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new HVAC solution.

Steve was very helpful when we needed someone to replace our outside A/C unit. He explained what would be required for the install and why we should replace the coil, as well. The guys that installed the unit were very professional and were able to adapt to a couple of challenges that cropped up that day due to the where the coil was located. They were able to finish in the time estimated and the work seems to be solid. Thank you!

All in all they did a good job. Had to chase down owner for answers and dates sometimes. They crew was pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. My only problem was that the attic access panel which had been freshly painted got banged up moving air handler and duct work thru it. I'll have to repaint it. Their price was lower than two other quotes.

What an outstanding experience. Home Adviser put me in touch with three other companies and Steve was the obvious leader. We wanted to install 4 mini-slip air conditioners on a house that is 125 years old. Steve met with us and found a solution that work with our budget and found some great deals for us through the state. Installation was clean and easy. They had to come back a few times to tweak issues with coolant and temperature but we will do more testing when it gets warmer. They definitely saved our summer. Great to work with and all the technicians are very helpful and friendly. Would suggest them as they are owned by the son of Viglione Heating & Cooling.

Our furnace died during the coldest weekend and he came out the next day and walked us through the process. Monday it was installed. Very professional and extremely courteous.

Steve came through in the end & did a great job (his guys) installing a new a/c & gas furnace combo in my condo unit. The workmen were cordial & prompt, and answered any questions I had. They also installed & got me set up & running with a NEST thermostat (bought separately). If I encounter any problems within the next year, I'm confident that they will come out and solve/fix the problem free of charge, as stated in their 1 year labor warranty. I did find a lower quote for the job, but in the end, I did not have the confidence in this much lesser known contractor to give them the job. In most cases, you get what you pay for, & I also like that Steve did work with me on the price to the extent he could. I would recommend Home Comfort Heating & Cooling to my friends & family, and to you all.

Steven and his employees were great. Everyone was friendly and explained in depth what needed to be done. Steven even recommended against doing the additional installations which another company was recommending, saving me money. His explanations of the different air conditioning companies really helped me make an informed decision about the unit I selected to install. The price was about $2-300 cheaper than a well-reviewed competitor from whom I also received a quote. A few slight hiccups with scheduling and communication, but it's July and I'm installing central air - I expect it to happen and it wasn't a big deal. The price, quality, and personal touch I received during this installation process was top notch.

When you first meet Steve, you notice how focused he is, how attentive he is to your questions and how clear and specific his answers are. Later when Pat and Mark came out to install the central air, they also brought to the job that clear, focused, organized approach. Throughout the installation we felt we were in the hands of conscientious people who take their work seriously. And they were punctual, meticulous, and orderly. We'd be glad to hire Steve and his team again.
