Dino came out to my home within 2 hrs of my call for service. He very knowledgeable, courteous, and walk me thru the entire system as well as what I needed to make the repairs. Dino made me feel super confidant when he said, "DON'T WORRY, BY THE TIME I'M DONE, YOUR CENTRAL AIR WILL BE GOOD". We will NEVER use any other company. Home Comfort H & C Solutions IS MY COMPANY FOR LIFE!!!! THAT'S THAT!

Steve and his crew installed a ductless central air unit in our house a few weeks ago. They were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. We would recommend them to anyone.

Steve Viglione and his team are considerate and competent professionals who did an outstanding job with the installation of a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split air conditioning system in our home. Both the exterior and interior installation took into consideration my concerns and desires. Expectations were definitely met or exceeded. I strongly recommend this group of professionals.

I would highly recommend Home Comfort Heating and Cooling Solutions for any and all HVAC needs. We were converting our home from oil to gas as well as implementing central heating and cooling. Steve Viglione was tremendously helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the entire process to us. He was always responsive and able to answer our questions that came up along the way. When the project was scheduled, his team always showed up on time and was also just as friendly and knowledgeable as Steve. I was tremendously impressed by the team's project execution as they not only did a great job but were very tidy and professional. They left the project site just as clean as before the project began. We will definitely be calling them for our next house!

Of the 5 contractors I solicited to install a new central A/C in my house, from the moment I met Steve I could tell he had great passion and tremendous knowledge of the business. He was extremely professional, took his time to explain the installation of the system in detail, recommending the best size unit for my home. In addition, the people who work for him (his son and crew) are top notch. I highly recommend them.

I wrote this review; specifically to let others know about my experience with Steve Viglione Jr. and his colleagues. when I first read the reviews online, I was amazed at the things people shared about this company. and I know why. Steve Viglione Jr. was very personal and efficient ,explaining the whole process of something I knew little about.,installing a new furnace he was also friendly with my special needs daughter who kept seeking his attention. I work with special children and I know they want to feel cared for and acknowledge.Steve did that for my daughter on the second visit to my home he had a cute little stuffed dog for her, the look on her face was gratifying .I also appreciate his colleagues who were engaging, friendly and kind .I'm a person who likes to get to know people about family and interest these are people that care about family and when you meet people who care about their family, you know they will care about yours, and they did.Thank you so much God bless you Steve viglione and family have a Blessed Holiday sincerely; DW and IW

Our experience with Home Comfort Heating and Cooling was wonderful from start to finish. Steve came up with a number of recommendations based on what we wanted, not what was easiest for them. He also took many calls from us with questions and concerns and was always friendly and helpful. The work was done well and was completed on time. It was so nice to have a cool and dry house this past summer!

Steve made a great first impression and provided good suggestions on how to address my particular challenges. The company was busy, and Steve said it would be a slight wait, which I accepted. When the time he originally promised was about to pass, I called him an said that we were getting desperate and MIGHT be forced to look for other options. Steve took this as though I was cancelling, and another week or two went by before I called again to see where things were at. He then scrambled to send his team out to my house to do the job, and I was grateful. Unfortunately, they could not finish the job and needed to come back when my family and I returned from vacation. The job is now done, and I am thankful I am done with this company. Steve seems to be a nice guy, but for the amount of money I had to pay, I had hoped for a better overall experience.

Our installation process was smooth and neat. Dino, Steve and Justin did a great job working together to get the system in place in two days. The team of electricians were on “top of their game.” I would recommend this company

Initially contacted Steve to add AC to my existing system. He went over my options, explained everything clearly, no sales pressure which I appreciated. Reviewing all data I decided to ask about replacing furnace system (had planned on doing that at a later date) Steve got back to me with a great price for doing everything, we scheduled my preferred time, his men arrived on time , All work was completed in 1 1/2 days which I found amazing. Very tidy and professional. The new system works like a dream. I plan to use them again for another project. Bottom line can't say enough good things.

I highly recommend Steve and his company. We sought a bid based on Home Advisor reviews and were confident from that initial meeting that Steve was a consummate professional. We were not disappointed. He and his crew installed wall-mounted split ductless units under difficult winter conditions with all challenges resolved to our full satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional, friendly and aim hard to please. My house is old and has a challenging configuration. They worked wonders installing all of the lines and equipment. I had six companies come out for bids and Home Comfort stood far above the rest. They are the very best company that I've ever worked with.

Steve is fantastic; he understands that customer service is key to a successful business. He was extremely responsive; I am looking forward to working with him as my go to guy for my HVAC needs. The work was very clean, my in law is a contractor and only pointed out that a part of the system was a degree to the less...basically nothing wrong with the work. Extremely appreciative considering the costs.

Let me start by saying Steve and his crew are outstanding professionals! I hired them to replace my boiler that was a good 30/40 years old. It was not an easy job due to the location of my boiler but they handled it so effortlessly! They were very friendly, courteous and professional at all times! Did a great job cleaning up afterwards. My husband and I along with our two weimaraner's felt as though they were family!! We would definitely hire them again and without hesitation reccomend them to our family & friends!
