I then emailed an inquiry regarding price, timeframe, and pick up/delivery options. I received a timely response from Steven who confirmed the price and a timeframe of 2-3 weeks. I elected to deliver and pick up the chairs myself. Once there I was able to look at and feel the material samples to make the selection. My chairs did not need to be powder-coated but they do that as well and the ones I saw were really done nice.
I received a call from Steven that my chairs were done the Friday before Memorial Day, right within the timeframe quoted. Much appreciated having them for the holiday!
