Great quality work, incredibly efficient and quick, and worth every penny. They took down our old, horrifying deck down in a day, and by within a few days the new deck was up! Very attentive to details, and they even patched up the ugly/missing areas of siding the old deck left behind. Great quality, unbeatable price!

The day I called they were there in an hour to price the job. When I made my choice they were there the next and the job was finished in a day. Everything was cleaned and neat when they left. Most times when you have a small job contractors will put you off to do the bigger ones. Not Manning Construction. I would recommend them.

Mr. Manning's crew was wonderfully polite, helpful, and communicative (Mr. Manning did the estimate and checked in on progress several times). The project was a porch replacement; Mr. Manning suggested some alternatives, I suggested others, the crew checked to be sure I was happy with what was being done as we progressed, and I got exactly what we agreed upon. The work was professional, everyone was prompt, materials arrived on time, and communications were excellent. I'm very pleased with the result and recommend Manning Construction highly.
