Jim Mastri was amazing. He came the same day we called and returned with ordered part two days later in the evening rather than wait till next day, knowing we were desperate for a functioning refrigerator. Reasonably priced and super customer service!

Electronic circuit boards were damaged and not functioning properly with subsequent loss of refrigeration for my Electrolux French Door refrigerator freezer. I saw that Mr. Mastri had excellent reviews on the Home Advisor Website. I called him and he ordered a new electronic circuit board kit from Electrolux which arrived the next day. Do to the nature of my problem with a refrigerator-freezer, Mr. Mastri made me his first call of the day as soon as the parts arrived by overnight mail. Mr. Mastri charged me the same price for the Circuit Boards as if I would have ordered them directly myself from Electrolux. He did not add on any fees to the Circuit Boards Original Factory Direct Price. Electrolux even warned me that I might want to order the parts myself because many repair places mark up the original parts price to make money on them. Mr Mastri did not do this. He was there about one hour. He got right to work and had no trouble replacing the two circuit boards. All I paid for was the parts $270, plus overnight shipping of $25.00, tax of $25 and $85 for labor. I felt his prices were very fair. Mr. Mastri was very pleasant, professional, right on time and I was completely satisfied with his work. I highly recommend him for appliance repair. He is honest, hard working and charges very reasonable rates. My satisfaction and a job well done was his priority.

Jim just left, after repairing our gas dryer. He asked me what the problem was when scheduling the visit. I gave him a description, and was very impressed when he had the parts in his pocket, and installed them in short notice. In addition the price was reasonable.

Timely, knowledgable and efficient.Mastri is a one man band business , he's young and knowledgable . He comes to your house after calling you so that you know he's coming and when he gets there he's right on the job and gets in and out with a good job done. I would recommend him. Hired Jim to repair my oven - he knew exactly what the problem was. Later that week, he returned to fix my dryer. Honest, polite and excellent follow through. Fair prices too. Highly recommend Jim @ Mastri Appliance.

Jimmy gave us 5-star service and did an excellent job repairing our Equator washer/dryer. He is always prompt, professional, clean, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and his fees were very reasonable.

I had the most wonderful experience with James Mastri today who came to repair my washer. He was the most polite service tech I have every had the pleasure of dealing with. He was honest and most efficient in repairing my very old washer. If I could have given him a 10+ rating I would have. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a service man to repair their appliance. It was so refreshing to be treated with so well!

I've hired Jim work on both my washing machine and dishwasher, over a few years, once when I was living in the house and once when I was out of state, and had a tenant in the house. Both times he did excellent work, was hugely responsive and prompt, and gave excellent advice. I'd hire him again in a second.

Called in the late morning and he came by days end. Was able to troubleshoot the issue. He was honest about what my issue was and said he would follow up with me as he was locating the parts. Amazing communication, which is what my wife and myself look for in hiring third parties. I cannot comment on price, etc as the job is not done yet, but so far, I would recommend!!

Jim was there almost immediately after he got the call - which was right after we clicked on "find a professional" and assessed our problem, ordered the part for the ice-maker on our 12 year old fridge, came back two days later to install it, and even fixed an unrelated problem with no extra charge We were very happy with him and will use him again.

Jim is a very professional young man with excellent customer service. he repaired my 12 yr old fridge at a very reasonable price. The only issue was the minor delay in getting the part , as only an older one was available locally, so it had to be ordered and shipped, thus causing a 2 day delay over the weekend. Jim felt it was better to go with the updated part and i agreed. Luckily i had use of a loaned dorm fridge. I had used him before for this same fridge and was also very pleased. His prices are reasonable, no walk through the door charge like so many other places. I would certainly hire him again for any appliance!

I was extremely impressed by his demeanor very professional; especially for such a young man. Most importantly he came to my home to see about a problem and wasn't there to rip me off. I almost went with a service plan, because of his thorough explanation, service I went with him. I will and I have recommended his service.
