I signed a contract with Western CT Builders owner Mark Medeiros and provided a 50% cash deposit for the installation of a stone walkway and the remodel of 2 bathrooms. He completed the 2 bathrooms months later (not timely, as there were multiple excuses for not showing up on the days he said he would), and Mark collected on the balance for that work. He told me he would be over the following week to start the walkway. Never showed, and did not return phone calls and emails. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Mark never responded to that either. I filed a claim in small claims court, and received judgment in my favor. Buyer beware. This is not someone you want to do business with.
