"Customer "wanted" substantially more than was allowed by insurance carrier, and certainly more than was justified by water loss. Digital photos taken before, during and after service clearly refute all claims concerning our lack of clean-up. First company called in by customer to render services refused to render due to customer attitude/demands?"
