Description of Work: Richie was scheduled to come to our house to prepare an estimate for both gutter cleaning and cedar roof repair. We talked several times before I shared my address and scheduled an appointment over a week in advance. Richie was a no show and when I called his cell and left a voice mail message he has yet to respond five days later. Certainly wasted my time after I had made arrangements to be home that morning.

Description of Work: Ritchie's team did a quality job at a value price with Angie's big deal. He used quality materials and did a good job at explaining things and answering questions. The only issue was few nails left over from the job on my driveway so I spent some time throughly looking over for misses to make sure I don't end up with a flat tire. I'm sure it's not a problem unique to Ritchie. At any rate I'm happy with the roof and will look to Ritchie for a future roof replacement for my garage for which he's already provided me a quote.

Description of Work: "Used Richie just to clean the roof and gutters and as an upcharge , to powerwash the house. It was difficult to schedule Richie. Several times he did not show up when scheduled and there was always some excuse. The last straw was when he said he couldn't come as scheduled because the supplier was out of roof cleaner! Debris was left all over the patio, the gutters still had debris on them and on the rear left side, it doesn't even look like the roof was touched! AND the end of the gutter was pulled away from the house, is no longer under the drip edge and the gutter drop is so bent that I don't even think it is even going into the downspout! This has been a totally terrible contractor experience. While the house is not a picture perfect home, the gutters were fine and their integrity was compromised with the work he said he did. I cannot see ever working with this company again nor would I recommend him."
