the cleaning was fine; the work was professional. What I am not happy about was the removal of my gutter guards. I was asked to authorize removal of gutter guards to continue cleaning. The rep made it sound like it would only be a couple pieces of gutter guard. It turned out that it was the entire gutter guard system. I felt duped which is not a good feeling if you are a customer. Will not use these guys again.

I was not able to give me an exact date. I requested within a week and ad to follow up after a week with no contact or service. I did not understand how the point of contact did not know what the schedule was or how to contact the crew. I understnd there could be a delay based on the current situation; however, would expect communications were always available. The crew and work was fantastic. The issue was with operations.

Excellent customer service and they actual service was very professional. Their gutter cleaning gear is the most professional and safe I have seen.

I accepted their proposal on friday and they were at my house on Saturday. Completed the job quickly.

Crew arrived over a week later than promised. No call or notice of the delay from the office. When crew arrived, I asked how many jobs they were scheduled for that day, 14 was the answer. I asked how many they would complete, 4-5 was the answer. Now you understand why they were over a week late.

I had been looking for a company to install a 6 inch gutter and downspout over my front porch. The price was right and included cleaning the gutters. I was told they would re-nail any loose gutters and level gutters they found. They did not do that, but the new gutter works well. They did not try to up sell me screens, gutter guards gutter helmet or other things. They were efficient got the job done and were quick about it. I would recommend them again.

On April the 23rd 2020 I received a phone call from this company requesting my inquiry into the home advisory home improvement company so we spoke about my issue with my gutters and the lady said they will clean and fill in cracks around the scene I received the service on April 24th but did not get the service they said instead they said I needed new gutters because mine was not lining up properly now I remind you I had another gutter cleaning company come before them. And they recommend that I just need rain guards so, I'm a bit confused.

They did an okay job cleaning my gutters, but there were some issues. One, I had corrugated downspout extenders that they did not bother to remove. I had to clean them out myself. They did a tune-up and did install some new screws, but there are still a couple of loose hangers and goosenecks that are not connected. The one gutter is flowing over the back and leaking down the fascia and they did not bother to seal that up during the tune-up. On a positive note, the workers were courteous and efficient in their work. They pointed out some problems with my downspouts that need to be repaired and my gutters are no longer clogged after the cleaning.

They did a great job, answered my questions and stayed within the quoted pricing. They did offer other services and quoted various prices, but I did not have it within my budget to acquire them.

Scheduled them to come out and do my annual gutter cleaning. During the scheduling call, there is the inevitable upsale attempts trying to get me to schedule for dryer vent cleaning, quarterly gutter cleaning, etc. They take my home info, ask if I have gutter guards and what type. A few days after we scheduled, I get a voicemail telling me that there is an issue and that the gutters could not be serviced. I call back, and they tell me that they will have to remove my gutter guards and that there will be an extra fee to remove and install them. Even after I told them for the scheduled appointment but NOW they want to charge me more than the $224 that was agreed upon. I fired them.
