First appointment is unscheduled. They showed up, cleaned up and did a nice job on my roof and gutters. Very thorough and near.

The company explained that water was to be used to ensure the gutters and rain spouts would be used.And that is not what happened, after 5-10 minutes of asking for that service (I believe they spoke Spanish)they used water on my trouble Spouts.And showed me 5-8 balls and other items.I don,t feel comfortable with their work.

Could not giver a date or time they would come. I want to be home when someone on the roof. They skippped a section of the gutters. The water test did clear gutter lines just to tell u to fix leaks if applicable. Over promised but under delivered and about $50 more than others in the area.

Customer Service reps very cordial, company offered very good 'new customer' discount problem is they will not provide a date for the service, nor do they call before arriving. Seemed to do a good job, hard to say since I'm not going up on the roof to check it out.

Very reasonable price. They even made some suggestions of things that may need to be addressed.

First time use. No basis for comparison. Company came and did what we expected in less time than expected. Did receive a verbal inspection report but would have preferred written... Overall I would hire again though maybe not for all recommended services.

The service reps that I spoke to were very knowledgeable and professional. My gutters were in pretty bad condition and needed a bit more than just a simple cleaning. They got the gutters cleaned and tested that to make sure they no longer leak for a very reasonable cost.

Prompt and good service but phone rep was insistent on selling me additional services. Whether I needed them or not was not the question, the hard sell put me off.
