Called to see if and when he could come by. Mike picked up the phone on the 3rd ring, asked some questions then told me how to fix it!!   You can't beat that.

Michael Lombardi replaced the toilet in my basement.  At the time, it was running by itself and after flushing.  He sent me to a plumbing supply to pick up a specifice toilet that he recommended.  Soon after replacement, the toilet began to run by itself again.  Additionally, it wasn't flushing correctly.  When I called him on the phone, he insisted that the line must be blocked.  I had my septic guy come over and he inspected all the lines coming out of the house in perfect order - including the basement toilet.  When I call Michael Lonbardi on this, he was very rude saying he didn't have time for me at the moment and he would call me back.  He never did.   I did not call him again because he was so rude.  I had Ridgefield Plumbing come in and fix the problem - he had to replace everything in the tank.

This was a big job. This room was the worst thing about our house and is now one of the best. The space was small but we wanted to do a lot with it. Mike realized from the beginning what would be challenging about the project and the kind of workmanship we expected. I had been planning for months and had picked out the best fixtures. The walk in bathtub was the centerpiece of the new bathroom. He drilled it with great care as he did all the important one time procedures that have to go just right. The people he works with are great. His main carpenter has a diverse skill set and a great eye for detail. He also has a great electrician. He did not have many people but they were always working till the job was done. We also expanded the project to include a basement cement floor in a small room where he installed a high quality water softener system. This project has come out very beautiful with top quality results.

They called and came out right away. My husband was satisfied with the work and seemed pleased with them.

(7AM) Michael answers his own phone and is pleasant, truthful and arrives when he says he will. I have used him in the past and appreciate his honesty, reliability and proficiency. He and his assistant arrive promptly, assess the work to be done and set about doing it.

We discovered we needed an additional part which my husband offered to go get, but Mike made sure he returned that same day to finish the job. He was prompt with his initial call and equally as quick to make the repair.

He is very reliable and very friendly. He is professional and his prices are competitive for the area. We have used him as needed over 10 years and we have never had any problems.
