Darren and crew were here on time and got right to work replacing support beams on the deck. They painted all the beams and deck railing. I will definitely hire them again, when I need work done in my home.

Darren came over the next day although mine was a minor non-emergency plumbing job. He helped me with another item and is coming back to install a microwave. He is at the top of my list to call when I need help.

My project was a small project...fix/hang a bi-fold door. Darren scheduled the appointment and came to look at the scope of work. Darren and his helper, Jimmy, re-hung the door right on the spot.. While they were here I asked them to look at another project for me. Darren gave me his professional opinion and if I decide to move forward, I will give them a call.

I hired Little Things Handyman to remove insulation from my basement ceiling. While doing so, he found that a few mice found their way into my basement. This company found where the mice were coming in, and closed up those areas so the mice will no longer be able to enter my home. Little Things Handyman & cleaning service removed all insulation, bagged same, and removed to a dumpster. They also did a fabulous job cleaning my basement when they were through. They cleaned up mouse droppings and made sure there was no mold. They were prompt, professional, and so pleasant! They went above and beyond. I plan to use them for any and all of my handyman and cleaning services!

Darren and Virginia are wonderful. They are reliable and honest! They usually always answer the phone (a rarity these days!) or if not, they get right back to you! I recommend Little Things Handyman without reservation. Darren is a broadly skilled gentleman with a wonderfully friendly personality. He often shows up with his wife and dedicated helper, Virginia. They did a prompt, expert job for us. We had a lot of friendly conversation while they worked. We got along so well we even showed him and his wife around our new neighborhood. Here's something you'll seldom hear from any professional. After solving our problem with a window that wouldn't close, I asked him how much I owed him. He said, "Nothing. The job is too small to charge you." It's all true. You can't find better. Darren also has a lot of other tradesmen he works with who he can bring in for just about any kind of residential job at a really fair price. 5 stars, start to finish.

Hire Daren, Virginia and their crew, they were excellent! After getting outrageous quotes on a basement remodel, Darren came and assessed what could be done to make my basement livable and comfortable on a budget. The finished project was great. They were on time from the beginning of the project to the end. More than once, I conversed with them about the project after 8:00 p.m., well past regular work hours. Darren & Virginia went well out of their way to ensure all the details were covered. They made multiple trips to Home Depot and Lowes even for the smallest of items. If a task was outside their purview or level of expertise, they referred you to equally as qualified people in the field. I even had a furnace replaced and an outdoor motion light installed by someone they referred. It is so difficult to find trustworthy people in this type of business, but you will find it with them. Call them before calling anyone else for your next project.

The person who came did not know the building codes for the deck stairs. He has to return as the work was not done right. The work has not been fixed as of today but promised to complete today. He used 1 regular screw to attach the posts to the stair stringer.. He should have used lag bolts. By using only one regular screw there is the potential of the posts not supporting the stringer and break. The posts are not even but that was ok. The other work was good. So whoever is hired to do the work should study the code requirements before. When I called the owner of the company he just referred me to the person who did the work. If this were my company and the work was not done right I would have had a PERSONAL interest in fixing the problem . The worker though was very nice.

"I am terribly sorry that you feel this way to put a review like this. It was an honor working for you. Unfortunate for us indeed. There was a screw that held the post to hold it level. Then it was secured with two 4 1/2" lag bolts on each side. The company owners came out to look around, personally, in the field. We recommended the proper way to fix the stairs and unfortunately you only wanted us to add the two posts. To get ready to sell. We sent pictures and a discription of the work done to the realtors and all is right with the world. The new home owners even reached out to us and will be hiring us in the future to fix the staircase the way we recommended. I'm sorry, again, if you dealt with embarresment upon inspection due to trying to save money. I understand you were taking a loss for the price being paid for the house. I can't say I'd blame you for trying to save money. I just can't, for the life of me, understand why you would bash such a wonderful honest company. We worked with you and tried to ease your stresses. Best of wishes in your future and nothing but Love from Little Things Handyman Services."

Darren & Mike fixed a horrendous leak in our bathtub, primed our living room ceiling (which had gotten stained from the leak in the bathroom), and they fixed a kitchen drawer. I will highly recommend these gentlemen and will be calling them back for future projects. They were professional, efficient and exceptionally affordable. These guys were hands down the best service provider I have ever hired! They were prompt and the cost was exactly what they quoted. Mike squeezed us in at the end of the day knowing that we needed a swing set installed last minute for my 3 year olds birthday party. He stayed past dark and worked his tail off to make sure that my son would be happy. He made what would've been a stressful project for me look easy. Not only was the work incredible, but he was a really nice, personable guy. I highly recommend Little Things Handyman for all your jobs big and small. I will most definitely be using them again!

They are so nice, friendly and professional. I had a party planned and needed last minute help setting up my back yard. Little Things cleaned my furniture and set up the yard and patio. I quickly realized they knew what they were doing so I just let them do their thing with little supervision, everything turned out beautiful.
