+ 0 moreWe have used them 3-4 times over the years. We were very satisfied. It is like old school European service. The price was right. The actual service was excellent and timely.
Description of Work: Last time, we used Krutolow Jewelers for wrist watch repair and fancy desk clock repair.

+ -1 moreThey charge a lot of money but they are really good people. They’ve been in business for years. I think somebody came to pick up the mantel clock. They are still in business. They are good business people to deal with but expensive; mantel clocks are one of those things that cost a lot of money. It’s a very difficult and precise thing and I guess you get what you pay for. I felt that they were upping the price.
Description of Work: I have gone to Krutolow Jewelers to repair our mantel clock, and it was years ago.
